Leadership,
I am requesting that we meet in person to discuss the health of our program and to start to plan a path forward during this time. I want us to have a program that serves our Scouts. Please bring any and all ideas to this meeting. Emails and Zoom meetings have not been effective for the Pack as a whole.
[b]This will be an indoor meeting. We must limit the surfaces we touch and will have to clean all of them once we are finished. We will adhere to all current social distancing protocols.[/b]I will send out an agenda Monday 3 August.
If you are unable to attend this date, please email me and suggest an alternative. The goal is to have a meeting very soon. I have also requested that you RSVP to this invitation.

We are going to have a Crossover Ceremony for the AOL class of 2020. This will be held in the parking lot at the OLOH Parish. All attendees will be sitting in their cars during the Ceremony.
