Will be selling March Madness tickets before and after the church Masses, the proceeds will be divided up into the scouts accounts evenly. This is only for adults to sell as friends of scouting NO scouts can sell these at the Masses. We will need all the adult help we can get to help sell these. The scouts will be needed to sell camp cards at the Lampost Dinner on Sunday.
We need volunteers to arrive 30 minutes after Masses begin on Sunday. Mass schedule:
7:30am
9:00am
10:30am
12:00pm
6:00pm

Will be selling camp cards outside of the diner from 8 am to 2 pm – we will have sign up sheet for the scouts to fill out for what shift they will want to be there. The money earned will be divided up evenly between the scouts that show up and participate at this event. Scouts will need to be in full class A uniform during the sales if it is cold will need to ware long sleeves under the uniform shirt.

Will be staying at camp Conewago, this is a boy scout camp close to gettysburg, we will be traveling to gettysburg during the day on saturday for activities that will be planned by the spl. cost is $20.00 per person. Boys should also bring $7.00 cash for entrance to museum.also will be stopping at Wawa for dinner.
